Homeowner Fees

HOMEOWNER FEES

On April 28, 2016 the Sun City Lincoln Hills Board of Directors unanimously passed Resolution 2016.04, which authorized the creation of a Community Enhancement Fund (CEF) which is funded through regular and special assessment increases along with a Fixed Maintenance Assessment (FMA) imposed on new owners. The purpose of the CEF is to provide funding for future capital projects and community enhancements. As of July 1, 2016, the FMA portion of the CEF has been set at $1,500, to be paid within 30 days after the close of escrow. Membership privileges will not be issued until the FMA is paid in full. While the FMA can be paid at any time within 30 days from the close of escrow, most new home buyers may find it convenient to pay the assessment through the standard escrow and closing process. Sun City Lincoln Hills is the premier active-adult community in Northern California. The CEF will help to ensure that the community’s lifestyle options and amenities remain modern and vibrant for residents and guests to enjoy.
